In September, TopGuitar magazine answers your questions regarding the return of purchased goods within 10 days. Remember:

– you have the right to return purchased goods within 10 days counting from the date of delivery, not from the date of purchase
– an online store cannot refuse your resignation as long as it is submitted properly and in term
– check your equipment right after the delivery
– important: the store can deduct a compensation for any damage caused by the buyer from the returned amount
