Blackstar LT Series pedals awarded as “Top Gear”

TopGuitar is proud to announce that the LT Series guitar effects pedals: LT Boost, LT Drive, LT Dist, LT Metal and LT Dual from Blackstar had been reviewed for the May issue of the magazine and received a “Top Gear” editors’ award this month. The products were delivered for review by official Blackstar distributor, Sound Service.

Below are some excerpts from a successful review by gear department editor Grzegorz Ufnal, which may serve as reasons for the award:

“Closed in a blue housing, the LT Boost is noiseless, efficient and amazingly affordable.”

“The LT Drive is a little more aggressive than classic overdrive pedals. It has noticeable inclinations towards hi-gain tones, but still remains in the lower gain zone.”

“LT Metal offers the highest level of distortion in the whole LT Series. It’s amazing, however, how it can resemble an overdrive pedal, producing light yet saturated crunch tone when run in minimal gain settings.”
