AGUILAR AMPLIFICATION ANNOUNCES LIMITED EDITION SL 112 AND SL 410x FOR 2017 – ANTIQUE IVORY

Aguilar Amplification is proud to announce their 2017 Limited Edition cabinet color – “Antique Ivory”. Only 250 units of these special SL 112 cabinets and 100 of the SL 410x cabinets will be built using this striking color and finish. Each Antique Ivory cabinet will feature a custom “Limited Edition 2017” label on the crossover and come with a numbered certificate of authenticity.

The first lightweight bass cabinet with no compromise in tone, the 25 lb. (11.34 kg) SL 112 cabinet features a neodymium driver with a custom-designed crossover. The SL 112 also uses a phenolic tweeter with variable level control and a frequency response ranging from 37 Hz – 16 kHz. These cabinets are an inspiring blend of modern technology with a classic vibe.

The SL 410x offers an unprecedented balance of performance and weight. In fact, at only 49 lbs. (22.23 kg), this compact cabinet is almost half the weight of a traditional 410 bass cabinet! This cabinet is available in 4 or 8 ohm configurations and can handle 800 watts RMS. It also features four custom-voiced woofers with Neodymium magnets and a phenolic tweeter with variable level control. With a frequency response of 44 Hz – 16 kHz, the SL 410x provides the deep lows, articulate midrange and smooth treble for which Aguilar is known for.

The Antique Ivory SL 112 and SL 410x will be released in January 2017.
