Roland Cube-10GX reviewed in TopGuitar magazine
TopGuitar is proud to inform, that the December issue of the magazine features a review of Cube-10GX electric guitar combo amplifier from Roland. The product was delivered for review by local department of the manufacturing company, Roland Poland.
Below are some excerpts from a review by gear department editor Mikolaj Sluzewski:
“Like all other combos from Cube series, the 10GX model comes with a solid housing with thick plastic corners and metal grille covering an eight-inch speaker. This heavy duty design, however, does not come in hand with its weight, which in this case is less than 5 kg.”
“Cube-10GX utilizes the technology that has been used for years in many Roland and Boss products – COSM digital sound modeling. The same engine is being applied to both affordable amps and effects for beginner and semi-intermediate players as well as to more advanced equipment for professional musicians.”
“Practical tests showed that Cube-10GX has a pretty decent kick considering its power reserve and speaker dimensions; clear, pronounced tone, focused around midrange frequencies, that effectively cuts through the surrounding noise, is an indisputable asset of surely all Cube amps.”
