D’Angelico EX-DH BLK electric guitar review with “Top Gear” award
TopGuitar is proud to inform, that the June issue of the magazine features a review of D’Angelico EX-DH BLK electric guitar, which has been awarded with “Top Gear” editors’ award. The equipment was delivered for review by D’Angelico distributor in Poland, Riff.
Below are some excerpts from a review by gear department editor Mikolaj Sluzewski, which may serve as reasons for the award:
“Please welcome a new-old player on the hollow-body guitar market, whose voice is becoming heard more and more, bringing some variety and alternative to the classic offer of other manufacturers. This can be your next favorite instrument!”
“Our attention is drawn by a mirror truss rod cover plate in a shape that takes cue from New York’s skyscrapers of the 1920s and 30s. The icing on the cake are wooden pot knobs with inlaid line markers – first time I have seen something like that on a budget – in a way – instrument.”
“D’Angelico EX-DH BLK looks exceptionally attractively and intriguing, and the impressions from playing this instrument are equally positive. The guitar is just made for jazz, swing, blues, rock and roll or rockabilly, but it can also handle modern rock while adding some original, vintage vibe to the overall sound.”
