Warwick Streamer LX 4 Nirvana Black OFC – bass guitar review with “Top Gear” award
TopGuitar is proud to inform, that the July issue of the magazine features a review of Warwick Streamer LX 4 Nirvana Black OFC, which has been awarded with “Top Gear” editors’ award. The product was delivered for review by the manufacturer, Warwick.
Below are some excerpts from a review by gear department editor Maciek Warda, which may serve as reasons for the award:
“The bass is relatively lightweight, well balanced, perfectly profiled to fit your body and exceptionally pleasant to touch (matte finish). (…) The intonation is flawless to the last fret, even without user setup, there is no fretbuzz and the sound does not decay unexpectedly.”
“Take notice of a thick fretboard made of exotic Wenge wood which provides great resonance as well as aesthetic quality. On its edge you will find fluorescent markers which make sure you won’t get lost on your neck even on the darkest of stages. Can’t afford an LED system mounted in your fretboard? Warwick has a simple solution – exposed to light before the show, they will keep on glowing throughout the whole gig!”
“Warwick Streamer LX 4 is the most organic and natural sounding bass I have played or heard lately. Full frequency spectrum and tonal intensity produced by this instrument is a pleasant sensation to the ear.”
