VOX Tone Garage effects reviewed in TopGuitar magazine

TopGuitar is proud to inform, that the January issue of the magazine features a review of the Tone Garage series of guitar effects pedals: Flat 4 Boost, Straight 6 Drive, V8 Distortion and Trike Fuzz from VOX. Below are some excerpts from a review by gear department editor Krzysztof Blas:

“The distortions here deserve special attention. Usually, most stompboxes act similarly, offering tone which is close to that of a valve amplifier, but not the same. In this case, you can easily get deceived – Vox effects give you the same feeling and dynamics as you would expect from an overdriven valve head.”

“Maybe these new Vox pedals don’t redefine the sound of the guitar, but they are just very well constructed and great sounding units that stand out not only with their analog character, but also with reasonably calculated price.”
