TopGuitar is proud to inform, that the April issue of the magazine features a review of the amPhones guitar headphones from VOX. Below are some excerpts from a review by gear department editor Krzysztof Blas:

“The amPhones series consists of four models with different amp sound characteristics. AC30 offers the tone of a classic VOX amplifier, Lead leans towards higher gain British constructions, Twin pays tribute to the American sound, and Bass is obviously designed for bass players in mind.”

“You put on the headphones and plug their cord to your guitar – that’s all! Now you can play sitting, standing, walking, running, jumping around practicing your stage movements, all this with no additional cables and devices needed.”

“With their simplicity and ease of use, VOX amPhones will surely suit every guitar player. They let you practice anywhere and at any time without needing extra equipment, but you can also plug in an external sound source (like an MP3 player) to provide backing tracks to your playing or just listen to music in a hi-fi sound quality.”
