TopGuitar is proud to inform, that the May issue of the magazine features a review of a G-5 VG Stratocaster electric guitar from Roland. Below are some excerpts from a review by gear department editor Krzysztof Blas:

“The G-5 VG came to life as a combination of the experience of Roland, world’s pioneer in electronic sound processing, and guitar building skills of Fender, a leading manufacturer of electric guitars. As a result we got a construction offering classic tones that you would expect of a Stratocaster, as well as some exciting sounds brought to you by COSM modeling technology.”

“G-5 is a classic Stratocaster – no modifications have been made to this timeless model, so every guitarist can enjoy it, no matter the preferred genre.”

“Roland G-5 is undoubtedly a very interesting instrument that broadens the possibilities of a typical Stratocaster without having to sacrifice its core features and sound. The quick tuning change function is just amazing and among the additional COSM options you will definitely find some usable new tones.”
