Phil XG Signature – Framus Custom Shop

An energetic musician needs a very powerful guitar. The Framus Custom Shop developed, in cooperation with the new Framus endorser Phil X a signature model, that fulfills all Phil’s wishes. The Framus Phil XG will be available in two basic versions:

1. Framus Phil XG Signature Model from the Framus Custom Shop
2. Framus Phil XG German Artist Model

Both series will be available with one Arcane PX 8 Signature humbucker or one Arcane PX 90 Signature single-coil pickup.

In addition, all Framus Phil XG models feature a mahogany body, a neck-through mahogany neck with fat profile, a rosewood fingerboard, narrow and high nickel-silver frets – perfectly processed with our Invisible Fretwork Technology (IFT), volume and tone controls, as well as a Tone Pros Tune-O-Matic Bridge. The humbucker models are fitted with a 3-position switch, to select between parallel, series, and single-coil wiring of the humbucker.

The Framus Phil XG Signature Models from the Custom Shop are fitted with rounded fret edges, machine heads made from wood, and are available in various Satin or High-Polish-finishes, such as Stain High Polish or Sunburst High Polish. Each Framus Phil XG Signature Models from the Custom Shop includes a professional Framus RoadCase, also the extensive User Kit.

The Framus Phil XG German Made Artist Models are fitted with the same features, except for the machine heads. These are made from metal. The Framus Phil XG German Made Artist Models are only available in the following colors: Solid Black Stain High Polish, Cream White High Polish, Silver Metallic High Polish and Solid Black Satin. Included is a high-quality RockBag Starline Bag.
