Carl Martin Distribution Takeover

On 1. January 2016 W-music Distribution took over distribution for the effect pedal and accessory program of Denmark-based traditional manufacturer Carl Martin (East Sound Research ESR) for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.

Carl Martin is one of the most famous effect pedal manufacturers; the company was already founded in 1990. In 1993, Carl Martin presented the very first effect pedal, the Hot Drive’n Boost, which is still available. Today they are over 50 different effect pedals and tools for guitar and bass.

The motto of Carl Martin is “The Analogue Sound Machines”. CEO Søren Jongberg heart beats for vintage purists. Even a fully analogue reverb pedal named Headroom is available. It features true spring reverb, two foot-switchable presets, it sounds excellent, and it is very affordable.

The Carl Martin top products include all Pro-Series pedals including the brand new Plexitone Lo-Gain as well as all pedals for bass guitar. Also the top products include the famous analog switch pedal board Octa Switch MK3, speaker simulator Rock-Bug, signal buffer Buff Deluxe, adjustable A/B-box Match Box, double-A/B-box Route Box, and fx-loop box ParaLoop.

Vintage Series:

This „developed in Denmark, made in China” series consists of popular effect pedals, at favorable prices from approx. € 100. These pedals are also fully analog, with vintage-style circuits, and the spirit of the 50s, 60s and 70s. Typical representatives of the Carl Martin Vintage Series are Surf Trem, Red Repeat, 2Wah, Classic Chorus, Headroom Spring Reverb (see above), TOD Turbo Overdrive, and Purple Moon. The great quality of these pedals convinces also demanding musicians and professionals.
